1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ria Matisa Thomas, based in Trinidad and Tobago, which provides AI agent, automation, and IT advisory services ("we", "us", "our").

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms
• use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site

3. Our services and how engagements work

The AI Opportunity Call is a free conversation to understand your goals and decide whether there is a fit. It is not a commitment by either side.

The AI Opportunity Assessment and any build, retainer, or advisory work are paid engagements. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

Information on this website, including descriptions of services and packages, is general and is not an offer. AI work is custom quoted.

4. AI output and no guarantee of results

AI systems can make mistakes. We design agents with human handoff and review points, but you remain responsible for reviewing important output and decisions.

We do not guarantee specific business results, such as a number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offers, data quality, and how the system is used.

5. Your responsibilities

When we work together, you confirm that:

• you have the right to give us access to the data, accounts, and systems we use for your project
• you will keep your credentials and access settings up to date and tell us promptly about any security concern
• you are responsible for making sure your use of automated calls, texts, emails, and other outreach complies with applicable laws, including consent, opt-out, and marketing rules (for example, in the United States, the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act)

6. Third-party services

Our work may involve third-party platforms, such as AI model providers, CRMs, email and phone services, and cloud platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Ownership of deliverables from a paid engagement, and any licenses we grant, are set out in the written agreement for that engagement.

8. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to respond to you or to deliver your project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.

9. Disclaimers and limit of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the written agreement, and otherwise to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, unless a written agreement for a paid engagement says otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
