1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Information you give us: when you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional), your timeline, and the message you write. If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the details you enter there.

Information collected automatically: our hosting provider and security tools process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure.

Your device: the site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so it can remember it. This stays on your device.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, referral source, device type, and approximate location. It sets cookies and sends this usage data to Google. We turn off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not load analytics at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also block analytics with your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

• to reply to your request and arrange a call
• to prepare proposals and deliver services if you become a client
• to understand how the website is used and improve it
• to keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse
• to meet legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact form submission for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed. These include:

• website hosting and security (Cloudflare)
• email delivery for contact form messages (Resend)
• scheduling tools used for call booking
• website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
• spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), when enabled

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and security.

5. Where information is processed

We operate from Trinidad and Tobago, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep project records for the period set out in your agreement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@riamatisa.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for making a request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
