SMS Terms

Last updated:

These terms explain how we use text messages. They apply to messages we send from Ria Matisa Thomas. Our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions also apply.

1. What messages we send

We send text messages to people who ask us to contact them or who book a call with us. Typical messages are appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiry, and follow-up about the services you asked about.

2. How you opt in

You opt in when you give us your mobile number on a booking or contact form and agree to receive text messages, or when you text us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, for example how many times you book or reply.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. We will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email us.

You can also contact us at sales@riamatisa.com to be removed from our messages.

6. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

8. Messaging we build for clients

When we build text or email follow-up for a client business, that business is the sender of those messages. The client's own consent records, opt-out handling, and terms apply to its contacts. We configure STOP handling and suppression as part of the build.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
